STEPS TO RETURN
(i)Drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the following information:
a) Order Number
b) Your Name
c) Item which you would like to return
d) Reason for return – e.g. Too large
(ii)Once our received your request, we will check if the item is eligible for return and revert to your email with the status within 3 working days. Kindly avoid sending in multiple requests via various channels as this will cause delay in the response.
(iii)Please send the item back to the address provided in our reply email via trackable method.
Our 7-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item.
We will only refund items if they are returned with their full ratio pack. If an item is missing from the ratio pack we will not issue a refund unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. Kindly ensure that the returning item has the tags intact and in its original packaging. Please put the item into another paper/plastic bag and seal it up so that it will not be damaged during transit. We reserve the right to refuse your return if your item does not meet the above conditions and item will be mailed back to you.
Kindly note that refund, for the shipping charges of the items returned, you should to pay. For the refund, we will deduct the shipping charges unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent.
Pack your parcel securely making sure you include a copy of your name and your email which one contact us for the returned. Failure to provide a copy may result in credits being delayed. Please mark your box clearly with the address.
Cheritotz.com is not liable for parcels returned by customers. In the event of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim. We advise that you ensure your parcel is covered for the value of its contents.
For any refund processed, a confirmation will be sent to you via email. For any replacement, we will process your request within 3 working days. If you return an item and request an alternative item at a higher price, we will charge the original payment card, unless you supply us with different card details. Any refunds or difference in price will be credited to the original payment card.
Our ‘No quibble 7 day guarantee’ applies to all products with the exception of products which have been worn and underwear, which is non-returnable unless faulty. Swimwear, underwear and lingerie cannot be returned.
